The location near the metro made exploring Rome easy. Unfortunately, the room felt cramped for a family stay.

We liked this romantic hotel and had a very lovely time. The breakfast offered was savoury and very good with cheese and fresh croissants, for instance.

Nothing too much trouble, the venue met needs well. The breakfast with ham, fresh breadrolls and also cheese was tasty, had so much to choose from. My bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was good looking and good-sized for sensitive sleepers. The personnel were ready to help and made sure my stay was relaxing...

Charming courtyard adds to the vintage experience.
I was appalled by the inadequate wifi connectivity throughout my stay. It was completely unhelpful when I reported the issue to the staff, who didn't seem to understand my concerns due to their low English proficiency. To make matters worse, the 'suspended' breakfast left me scrambling for meal options each morning without any adjustments to the room rate, utterly unacceptable considering I booked this hotel for the convenience it promised.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious room in a fairly quiet neighborhood.
Hotel is near the main hospital in Rome, so lots of sirens.

Location: the hotel was near to all the tourist locations, the establishment and the Vatican City or Pantheon. Found Lauro Bar with perfect drinks 400 metres away.

Location near shops and eateries makes it convenient. Clean facilities add to a decent stay.
The old room interiors could use an upgrade, and a fridge would have been nice for refreshments. I felt vibrations, likely from the subway, a bit distracting at night.

Location is the plus of this hotel. It is two stations via metro from Rome Termini Central train station and Roma Tiburtina train station. Both stations have connection with the airport: 15 EUR, 30 min to Termini and 8 EUR, 50 min to Tiburtina. Also, Colosseo is 4 stops away only. Breakfast is pretty basic continental - milk, croissants, jam, tea - but is OK. Clean bed linen and friendly staff. Some nice but relatively cheap restaurants/pizzerias are close for evening meals. Price was a very good thing (but see below for dislikes...)
Noise - this hotel is located on a very busy street even during night time. The rooms are not equipped with air-conditioners, therefore, you need to open windows at night time. Unless you are lucky (so that you get the rooms which faces the back of the hotel) or it is early spring/autumn or winter, the noise is enormous. For a solo traveler who sleeps very well after full day running around Rome it was OK but not for a couple. Perhaps, a chat with the hotel staff plus some extra euros and you will get bigger room but I did not check that. So, noise was the main issue for me.

We liked lovely looking and air conditioned rooms and fresh food.
We had a really nice stay at this good budget hotel. Whole place was clean with stunningly beautiful views; magnificent and exceptionally nice location to the Policlinico metro station. All the staff was properly trained and service-oriented and we had a smooth check in.

The location made exploring the city easy. Just a 2-minute walk to the Metro. The staff were professional and helpful, especially when I had a late flight. My room was clean and had good air conditioning. A fridge would have been a nice addition. The wifi didn't work properly for part of my stay, and I felt the bathroom could use some updates. Noise from the street was also a bit distracting at night, but overall, it was a decent stay.

Minutes from the Policlinico metro station by walk. This made travel to the centre of rome very easy and comfortable for us.

Our room was comfortable, and very clean which included daily maid service. The breakfast included was ample and extended the value of the hotel; the breakfast patio was lovely. The location is close to the metro, but not too close to central Rome, which I found advantageous-- the neighborhood, in the University District, was very nice. I also liked the lobby and being able to use the sitting areas--not just restricted to our rooms when we were not out.
The street in front of the hotel is busy and thus noisy. Even though our room did not face the street, we kept our windows closed at night to reduce noise. I would however, recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Very helpful stuff, everybody speaks english, very friendly! The rooms are clean and rather comfortable. The hotel is close to the metro station - you should not spend much money and time to get to the center. Wi-fi is perfect. Very good hotel.
I would like there to be some laundry help.
